When making a hotel reservation using this website, the reservation will be confirmed when the reservation completion message appears on the screen.

The date of your reservation will be considered the date of service provision.

The service will be available until 3pm on the day of service.

Cleaning fee

On the day of reservation/no notice: 100% of the accommodation fee (tax included)
2 days or more before the reservation date: 80% of the accommodation fee (tax included)
6 days or more before the reservation date: 50% of the accommodation fee (tax included)
14 days or more before the reservation date: 30% of the accommodation fee (tax included)

*If separate cancellation regulations are set for each plan, room, or option, these will apply.
*Cancellation fees will also be charged if you change the reservation details, such as changing the date.
*Due to the nature of the service, we cannot provide refunds after the stay.
