Okinawa Milky Way (hereinafter referred to as "this facility") has established the following accommodation regulations to ensure that our guests have a safe and comfortable stay. Please observe these regulations. If you do not observe these regulations, we may refuse to allow you to stay at the facility or use the facilities within the facility. In addition, in the event of an accident, we may hold you responsible for any damages, so please be especially mindful of these regulations.
(1) Please do not use guest rooms for any purpose other than accommodation without permission.
(2) We strictly prohibit anyone other than registered guests from staying at the hotel.
(3) Smoking is prohibited in all facilities, on the premises, and in all guest rooms (including terraces). Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is also prohibited in the guest rooms and on the terraces, and bringing cigarette butts into the rooms is also prohibited. If you fail to follow these rules, we will charge you a penalty equivalent to the accommodation fee and an amount equivalent to the damage caused to the facility.
(4) We will not allow minors to stay alone without permission from their guardians.
(5) Please do not bring the following items into the building:
(a) Pets. Animals (excluding guide dogs and assistance dogs)
(b) Items that give off a foul odor
(c) Firearms, swords, etc. without a license
(d) Explosives, volatile oils, oils, etc. that are easily flammable or combustible
(6) Please refrain from gambling or engaging in any other activities that go against public order and morals in the guest rooms.
(7) Please refrain from distributing advertising material, posting notices, selling goods, conducting business activities such as solicitation, distributing flyers, collecting signatures, holding meetings, etc. on the premises without permission.
(8) Water outages or power outages caused by natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes, etc.) during your stay will be considered as acts of force majeure, and no refunds of accommodation fees will be given.
(9) The use of hair dyes, bleach, etc. is prohibited within the accommodation facility.
(10) Accommodation fees will not be discounted or refunded, regardless of whether or not you consume meals provided by the facility.
(11) When leaving your room during your stay, please be sure to take your room key with you and make sure the door is locked.
(12) Please be sure to return the room key to the front desk when checking out of the facility.
(13) Although these terms and conditions have also been prepared in English, in the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy in the language of the terms and conditions, the Japanese version shall prevail.
If the facility enters into a special agreement to the extent that it does not violate laws, regulations, and customs, the special agreement shall take precedence notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
(14) Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00. Please let the property know in advance what time you will be arriving. Check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
In addition, if these terms and conditions are changed, the revised provisions will be posted on the Facility's website and will apply from the effective date specified at the time of posting. If these terms and conditions are changed, a document stating the changes will be made available in the guest room.

On the day of reservation/no notice: 100% of the accommodation fee (tax included)
2 days or more before the reservation date: 80% of the accommodation fee (tax included)
6 days or more before the reservation date: 50% of the accommodation fee (tax included)
14 days or more before the reservation date: 30% of the accommodation fee (tax included)
*If separate cancellation regulations are set for each plan, room, or option, these will apply.
*Cancellation fees will also be charged if you change the reservation details, such as changing the date.
*Due to the nature of the service, we cannot provide refunds after the stay.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)
1. Accommodation contracts and related contracts concluded between this facility and guests shall be subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions, and any matters not provided for in these terms and conditions shall be governed by laws, regulations, or generally established practices.
2. If this facility enters into a special agreement to the extent that it does not violate laws, regulations, or generally established practices, the special agreement shall take precedence, notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
Article 2 (Application for Accommodation Contract)
(1) A person who wishes to apply for an accommodation contract with this facility must provide the following information to this facility.
1. Check-in time (15:00 to 22:00)
2. Name of guest (number of guests), address and contact details
3. Nationality and passport number for foreigners who do not have an address in Japan
4. Other information deemed necessary by this facility

1. If a guest requests to extend their stay beyond the reserved accommodation date during their stay, this facility will treat this as an application for a new accommodation contract at the time the request is made.
Article 3 (Conclusion of Accommodation Contract, etc.)
1. An accommodation contract shall be concluded when this facility accepts the application under the previous article. However, this shall not apply if this facility proves that it did not accept.
2. When an accommodation contract is concluded pursuant to the provisions of the previous paragraph, the guest shall pay the accommodation fee by the date specified by this facility.
3. If the guest does not pay the accommodation fee by the date specified by this facility, the accommodation contract shall become void. However, this shall only apply if this facility has notified the guest to that effect when specifying the payment due date.
Article 4
1. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding Article, Paragraph 2, this facility may enter into a special agreement under which payment of the accommodation fee under the same paragraph is not required after the contract is concluded.
2. If, when accepting an application for an accommodation contract, this facility does not request payment of the accommodation fee under the preceding Article, Paragraph 2, or does not specify a due date for payment of the accommodation fee, this will be treated as having been entered into as a special agreement under the preceding paragraph.
Article 5 (Refusal to Enter into an Accommodation Contract)
This facility may refuse to enter into an accommodation contract in the following cases.
(1) When the application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions.
(2) When the facility is fully booked and there are no rooms available.
(3) When it is deemed that the person seeking accommodation is likely to act in a manner that violates the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals in relation to their accommodation.
(4) When it is deemed that the person seeking accommodation falls under any of the following items (a) to (c).
a) An organized crime group as defined in Article 2, paragraph 2 of the Law Concerning Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Law No. 77 of 1991) (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime group"), an organized crime group member as defined in Article 2, paragraph 6 of the same Law (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime group member"), an associate member of an organized crime group, a person related to an organized crime group, or other antisocial forces.
b) When an organized crime group or an organized crime group member controls the business activities of a corporation or other organization.
c) When a corporation has an officer who is a member of an organized crime group.
(5) When a person requesting accommodation behaves in a manner that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
(6) When a person requesting accommodation is clearly recognized as carrying an infectious disease.
(7) When violent demands are made in relation to accommodation, or when an unreasonable burden is requested in relation to accommodation.
(8) When accommodation cannot be provided due to natural disasters, breakdown of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons.
Article 6 (Guest's right to cancel contract)
1. A guest may cancel an accommodation contract by notifying this facility.
2. If a guest cancels all or part of an accommodation contract due to reasons attributable to the guest (excluding cases where this facility has specified a due date for payment of the accommodation fee and requested payment pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 2 and the guest cancels the accommodation contract prior to payment), this facility will charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the cancellation policy.
3. If a guest does not arrive by 10 p.m. on the day of accommodation (or after the expected arrival time has been clearly stated in advance), without contacting this facility, this facility may consider the accommodation contract to have been canceled by the guest and process the cancellation accordingly.
Article 7 (Right of the Facility to Cancel Contract)
1. The facility may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.
(1) When the guest is deemed likely to behave in a manner that violates the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals in relation to the accommodation, or when the guest is deemed to have engaged in such conduct.
(2) When the guest is deemed to fall under any of the following items (a) to (c).
(a) A gang, gang member, gang associate member, gang affiliate, or other anti-social force
(b) A corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by a gang or gang member
(c) A corporation with an officer who is a gang member
(3) When the guest behaves in a manner that significantly inconveniences other guests.
(4) When the guest is clearly deemed to be carrying an infectious disease.
(5) When violent demands are made in relation to the accommodation, or when the guest is asked to assume an unreasonable burden
(6) When accommodation is not possible due to a force majeure event such as a natural disaster.
(7) When the Guest fails to comply with prohibited activities such as smoking in bed, tampering with fire-fighting equipment, or other rules of use established by this facility (limited to those necessary for fire prevention).
(8) If the number of guests is falsely stated, a penalty of 30,000 yen will be payable.
(9) When the Guest fails to comply with house rules.
2. When this facility cancels the accommodation contract in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Guest will not be charged for any accommodation services etc. that have not yet been provided to the Guest.
Article 8 (Accommodation Registration)
Guests are requested to provide the following information by the date of their stay.
1. Name of guest (number of guests), address and contact details
2. Nationality and passport number for foreigners who do not have an address in Japan
3. Any other information deemed necessary by the facility
Article 9 (Guest Room Occupancy Hours)
1. Guests may use guest rooms at this facility from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. the following morning. However, in the case of consecutive stays, guests may use the guest rooms all day, except on the days of arrival and departure.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, this facility may accommodate use of guest rooms outside of the hours specified in the same paragraph. In this case, the following additional fees will be charged.
- 2,500 yen per hour in excess
Article 10 (Observance of rules of use)
1. Guests must observe the rules of use established by the facility and posted within the facility.
Article 11 (Business hours)
1. The business hours of the main facilities of this facility are 24 hours a day.
1. Inquiries can be made from 10:00 to 17:00 Japan time.
2. The business hours in the preceding paragraph may be temporarily changed if necessary or unavoidable. In such cases, we will notify you by appropriate means.
Article 12 (Payment of Fees)
1. The breakdown of accommodation fees etc. shall be as set out on the internet homepage.
2. Payment of accommodation fees etc. in the preceding paragraph shall be made in local Japanese yen.
3. Accommodation fees shall be charged even if the guest voluntarily does not stay in the accommodation after the facility has provided the guest with a guest room and it is available for use.
Article 13 (Responsibility of this Facility)
1. This facility will compensate the guest for damages caused in the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of the accommodation contract and related agreements. However, this will not apply when such damages are not attributable to the facility.
2. This facility has taken out fire insurance to deal with the unlikely event of a fire, etc.
Article 14 (Handling when contracted rooms cannot be provided)
1. When this facility is unable to provide a contracted room to a guest, it shall, with the guest's consent, arrange alternative accommodation with similar conditions as far as possible.
2. This facility shall not pay compensation for the inability to provide a room that is attributable to the facility.
Article 15 (Handling of Deposited Items, etc.)
Except in cases where the Facility is guilty of deliberate or gross negligence, the Facility will not compensate for any damages.
Article 16 (Storage of Guest Baggage or Belongings)
1. If a guest's baggage arrives at the facility prior to their stay, we are unable to accept or store it, and therefore will refuse to accept or store it.
2. If a guest's baggage or belongings are left behind at the facility after they have checked out and the owner is identified, the facility will contact the owner and ask for instructions. However, if there are no instructions from the owner or the owner is unknown, the item will be stored for seven days, including the day it was found, and then disposed of.
Article 17 (Responsibility for Parking)
When guests use the parking lot of this facility, this facility merely lends the parking space, and is not responsible for managing the vehicle or for preventing damage caused by third parties.
